You need to be atleast level 64 and I ll recommend 66+

And begin kill every mob you see there.

most of the mobs, that usually standing in groups can easly be killed as they only have 1400 health ( 2-3 hits from me as Rogue )

The mobs there drops between 4-22s ( mainly around 10-15s… )
+ Greens
+ Greys
that can be worth 2-9g

+ If your alliance.. I know you can get Reputation with Kurenei 10 each kill of harder ones and 1-2 by the easy ones …


And there will almost be no downtime in your grinding..as they drop Neatherweave Cloth, that you can use for bandage or sell on AH.
